WOLF12.005 VICIOUS CIRCLE ‘Bwoy (Feat. CONMAN)’ / ‘Money Makin’ / ‘Burglars’
The second 12” to be lifted from the superb ‘Bagged Out’ album features three tracks. ‘Bwoy’ is a track that always goes down well at live shows. It features CONMAN, who is 10SHOTT’s twin brother. He opens the tracks incredibly well before 10SHOTT, SIZE8 and WAYNEY G let rip. ‘Money Makin’ is an uptempo monster of a track fuelled by bass and lyrical flows. ‘Burglars’ is a track that was inspired by the incident where a farmer in the UK shot someone who trespassed on his land. All instrumental versions are on the flips side and we only have limited copies of this 12” in stock.

WOLF12.004 WOLFTOWN COMMITTEE ‘Artform Technique’ / ‘Could It Be’
Here we have three things that are NOT on the Wolftown Committee album ‘Legendary Status’. The track ‘Artorm Technique’ was recorded during the recordings of the Vicious Circle album ‘Bagged Out’. It features LATE & Profesah 194 from Villains, 10Shott & Size8 from Vicious Circle, High Timez and female rapper Jai Boo. Both mixes are heavy but Tricksta’s mix cuts the edge with oriental inspiration. This 12” also features the original recording of ‘Could It Be’ that is different to the version to the remixed version on the album. This 12” features instrumental versions of all three tracks.

WOLF12.003 VICIOUS CIRCLE ‘Bush Corner’ / ‘Explosive’ / ‘School Daze’
Debut 12” from the Vicious Circle crew. Three tracks deep this EP shows the diversity of this Wolverhampton based outfit. First up is the grimy street tale of ‘Bush Corner’, then the awesome ‘Explosive’ cut that features a sixteen bar from LATE and a sixteen bar from TRICKSTA from the group Villains. The last cut ‘School Daze’ is a humorous track touching on the school days of Vicious Circle. Once gain all three tracks come complete with instrumental versions.

WOLF12.002 VILLAINS ‘Gotta Get The Cash’ / ‘Stress (Feat. HIGH TIMEZ)’
‘Gotta Get The Cash’ is superbly produced beat that see’s LATE tell the story of how a up and coming rapper tries everyway possible of getting the money together for a demo tape but meets a gruesome end. The instrumental version is also included here. ‘Stress’ features HIGH TIMEZ alongside LATE and PROFESAH 194 and is a track about the stresses of life. ‘Stress’ stands for ‘simple talk really explains simple shit’, and this track got supported by a host of underground hip-hop DJ’s including DJ Noize.

WOLF12.001 VILLAINS ‘UK Sound’ / ‘Heir To The Throne’/ ‘Welcome To Wolftown’
Released in December 1999, this was the labels first release. It received 5/5 in HHC and scored highly with a whole host of DJ’s. The track fuses hip-hop and reggae to great effect while the vocals are taken care of by LATE. LATE sits about the UK scene paying homage to a music genre that is held back by the media and the music industry. He also name checks other UK crews as well as dropping science on every verse. Bonus cuts ‘Welcome To Wolftown’ and ‘Heir To The Throne’ are included. This is the only of getting ‘Heir To The Throne’ on vinyl.
